More Art Dumpage

Recently I've been doing more and more work that I'm actually somewhat pleased with. Obviously the journey is never ending and there's always, always, always going to be room for improvement but I'm glad nonetheless. Here's some stuff!

Recently got a chance to do a Master Study of Benvenuto Cellini's Perseus with the Head of Medusa.

 

Here's a few W.I.P shots...

This was a fantastic learning experience that challenged me to do new things and I learned a substantial amount. I would definitely like to do this again sometime.

 

The nearly finished piece here has a lot of little tweaking yet to be done which I'm sure I will get to in the future.

But for now... here's an old man with a sick beard-skullet combo.

5 hour painting. "Slipperhead" has eyes for nipples and his head is a foot... he wears a bunny slipper as a hat.
